This is fabulous for yoga; I just wish that I could slip the foam molded cups out of the bra. I like the fit, it's just that I don't need the "extra" out there that the molded cups give you. Small breasted women might like the extra "umphh" -

I now have 3 of these bras - and love them. It is great to find a sports bra that fits properly, like a regular bra and gives good support without squashing your breasts like most so called sports bras do. I run and do heavy workout sessions like boot camp and find that this bra supports my D cup breasts very well. I cannot recommend it highly enough. If its on sale - don't just buy one, stock up!

The only negative thing I can say is the adjustable straps tend to slip looser as the day goes on. But it's still not enough to make me not LOVE the bra. It's the most comfortable, supportive bra I've owned. Awesome for it not being an underwire bra...I've had to wear underwire for support for YEARS...until now! I've ordered more so I don't have to wash and wait anymore! :)
