I wear a medium or small top so I went with the medium based on the other review. The medium Is big and boxy, the sleeves are shorter than pictured and flutter out like wings. It looks much better on the model. This top is going back!

This is a little small in the shoulders/back so don't go down a size. True to size is fine, but if in between, go up. Bought two of these in the store after trying on, and liked all the colors.
