I own these in the full length pants and love them. I had to come back for capris for warmer weather. They are very comfortable and flattering. I love that they don't have the bulk of snap and zipper at the waist, so you have a smooth fit that doesn't show through your top.

Inconsistent sizing in same brand!
The same brand in the denim fit perfectly, but the twill is too big in the waist. Frustrating since I love the style and hoped to get other than denim.
