I usually wear a size 4. In this dress the size 4 was miniature. I then ordered a size 6 and size 8. They were both still too small! I then ordered a size 10 and it finally fit! I am 115 lbs and 5 feet, 5 1/2 inches tall. This dress is incorrectly sized. The dress is pretty but all the hassle with the fit took the joy away.

I SO wanted this dress to work for me for a wedding. I am a curvy girl and am a solid size 12. Sometimes special occassions dresses I need a 14. This dress fit more like a 10! I was able to pull the dress up over my hips and waist, but the zipper would NOT zip up - not even close! I could tell by the front that this would have looked sensational on a curvy figure. The fabric's rippling affect was forgiving, but it just would not zip up. I was so disappointed! Unless you are a stick figure, I would stay away from this one.

I absolutely love this dress! The look on my fiance's face when I tried it on was the endorsement I needed! He has seen me in a ton of dresses and this, he says, fits me the best. Although you truly do have to go up two sizes when ordering, the fit is exquisite (just cut out the size tag!). I feel good in this dress, feel classy yet sexy, and it looks really good. It is fitting without showing any flaws. I love it!!!

Love love love this dress. Yes it's true you need a size bigger. I normally wear a size 4 sometimes a size 6....girls got hips. After reading all the reviews I got this dress in a size 8 and if fit like a glove. If it were not for that issue I would give the dress all 5 stars

I typically wear a size 4 in most everything I purchase. This dress is totally sized wrong. I needed a size 12 to fit in it. Would have given it a 5 if it weren't for all the trouble I went through to get the right fit.

I wear a size 6 and since I have big hips on occassion I wear a size 8. So I ordered a size 12 after reading all the reviews. The size 12 was very tight and I could not zip up. I exchanged it for a size 14 and it fit very nicely. So beware of the sizing of this dress since it runs very small!!

I got this in red -- loved the dress-- i am a hour-glass shape figure. I wear a size 10 but i had to get a size 12 ---looks so good in red --and it makes my waist so small and hugs my back side so good -- it is worth the investment but you need to get 1 size more

I adore this dress, however, you must order a much larger size. I wear a size 6 normally and ordered a size 8 due to the comments that it ran small. The size 8 would not even zip, so I ended up with a size 12. It fits great!

Wearing this dress to a wedding. Ordered size eight which is my typical dress size and it was super tight and it does not give as its taffeta. Ordered size up to ten and it is still quite form fitting. It may be necessary to actually order two sizes up. It is a beautiful dress so it is worth it but it may take some patience finding the perfect size
