1. ENTRY PERIOD: This promotion begins on June 20th, 2008 and ends on December 1st 2008.

  2. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry. Employees, officers and/or directors (and members of the immediate families or households of such individuals) of Dillard’s, Inc., any promotional partners, and their parent companies, distributors, affiliates, divisions and subsidiaries, and licensed retailers of the promotion’s promotional partners, advertising agencies and other agencies, are not eligible. Void outside the United States and where prohibited by law.

  3. HOW TO ENTER: Visit any of Dillard’s 75 retail locations in which Reactor ™ Sport Watches are sold or www.Dillards.com and follow the instructions to complete an official entry form. Be sure to include all required information (indicated with an asterisk * ). To be eligible, completed entry forms must be received no later than December 1st, 2008. Any entry that fails to include all the information required will be disqualified. All entries become the property of Dillard’s and no entries will be acknowledged or returned. The Reactor ™/Montgomery Gentry entry forms can be found in the Watch Department at selected Dillard’s locations.

    On your entry form, you may be asked to consent to receive promotional e-mails from Dillard’s or its promotional partners. Consenting to receive promotional e-mails is optional and does not have to be agreed to in order to be eligible to enter the contest (you may opt out).

    You may also enter by mailing a 3x5 postcard with the information detailed above to: Dillard’s and The Reactor ™/Montgomery Gentry Promotion, 1600 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, AR 72201. Attention Robyn Hoganson. All mailed entries must be received no later than December 1st, 2008.

  4. WINNER SELECTION: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from the pool of all eligible entries on or about December 15th, 2008. The drawing will be conducted by Dillard’s and all decisions are final. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

  5. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize: trip for two (2) to a Montgomery Gentry concert (as determined by Sponsor) and the opportunity to meet Montgomery Gentry. Trip includes roundtrip coach airfare transportation for two (2) from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to concert site, and 3 nights’ hotel accommodations at a first-class hotel (as determined by Sponsor) (standard, double occupancy). Total approximate retail value: $10,000. Actual value may vary depending on location of destination and dates of departure. Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. In the case of unavailability of the prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner will also receive a $500 Dillard’s gift card and a pair of diamond Reactor ™ watches valued at $2500.00 each (the value of which is included in the $10,000 approximate value of the grand prize).

  6. PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are non-transferable. No cash equivalent or substitution of prizes except at Dillard’s sole discretion. All federal, state and local taxes, and any expenses related to the acceptance and use of the prize and not specified herein will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

  7. PRIZE NOTIFICATION: The winner will be contacted via registered mail and telephone. Dillard’s cannot be responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. Winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release within 14 business days of responding to the notification. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize or fails to return a completed and executed affidavit and release as required, the prize will be awarded to another eligible entrant. Winner must consent to the use of his/her name and likeness for publicity and commercial purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law, by Dillard’s and Reactor ™ Sport Watches.

  8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Limit one entry per address or per entrant. If more than one entry is submitted, only the first entry will be accepted. Dillard’s cannot assume responsibility for incomplete, late, lost or misdirected entries. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all respects and on all matters pertaining to this promotion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

    By entering, participants agree that no claim relating to any damage, loss or injury resulting from computer, online, human, telephone or technical malfunctions; altered, illegible, late, lost or misdirected entries; participating in the promotion or acceptance and use of a prize shall be asserted against Dillard’s, any participating promotional partner (or any of their affiliates) and agencies, or their respective parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, shareholders, employees or agents. By accepting a prize, the winner agrees to release and hold Dillard’s, any promotional partner, or any of their affiliates, or their respective parents, subsidiaries, directors, officers, shareholders, employees or agents harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind caused, or claimed to be caused, by acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations apply.

  9. CONDUCT: The Official Rules will be posted at the participating location and/or the dillards.com website throughout the promotion. Dillard’s reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

    Limitations of liability: Neither Dillard’s nor any promotional partner is responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error that might occur in the processing or submissions in the promotion. Neither Dillard’s nor any promotional partner assumes responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Neither Dillard’s nor any promotional partner is responsible for any problems with or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of e-mail or players on account of technical problems with or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this promotion. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures (including, but not limited to, delivering sweepstakes entry data to vendors), or any other causes beyond the control of Dillard’s or any promotional partner that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Dillard’s reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
