Clients must meet the following Minimum qualifications to rent a car:
Driver must be at least 25 years old with a current and valid Drivers License, (License must be valid throughout the rental period.
Driver must have a good driving record.
Driver must have a valid major credit card in the Drivers name at time of rental.
Rental car companies do not accept Debit Cards.
Dillard's Travel does not pre-qualify passengers and assumes no responsibility for reservations a rental car company refuses.
