I'm a full time college student, and these shoes are so comfortable for walking around campus. I have really high arches in my feet, so these shoes are very accommodating. The only con to these is that my jeans that have been washed several times bled onto my tan Wallabees, so I have a blue ring around the top of both of them. I will probably buy the beeswax pair in the future. Great shoe!

Over the past 12 years I have owned 6 pairs of Wallabee Boots in beeswax. The construction, fit, and look have always remained consistently great so year after year I would always order another pair. Unfortunately, this year, the Clarks company changed the shoe completely. It is poorly made and very uncomfortable. As soon as you pull them out of the box you can tell that they are different; they are lighter, the leather has a more of a plastic feel to it, and the once comfy insole is non-existent. They were returned as soon as they were opened. I wish companies would respect quality construction instead of trying to compete with big box chain stores. I will no longer be purchasing shoes from Clarks until their product quality improves.

Bring back the old style and workmanship please!

      Comments about Clarks Wallabee Boots:

I too have worn Wallabees for over 40 years. Earlier this year, I wanted to buy a new pair and boy was I surprised at how cheap they looked, felt and were constructed. Leather was thin and gone were the elastic laces. The leather around top was no longer a chromed heavy duty collar and supportive accent; it was replaced by a flimsy piece of suede. The back seam was off center. No longer beefy and substantial, the shoe was of no utility to me. Since the first of the year, I have been shopping small, out of the way, shops in hopes that I can locate new, old stock Wallabees. People will pay for quality and products that will stand the test of time. These new Wallabees are so disappointing. It's a shame that Clarks has abandoned such a great shoe only to replace it with such an inferior product.

I got these Wallabee boots for my son for his birthday, he is ridiculously picky. When I asked if he liked them he actually said, "they're perfect." Could have knocked me over with a feather!

Good, but the right shoe was funky

      Comments about Clarks Wallabee Boots:

I ordered two pairs of clarks. A pair of Wallabee loafers and a pair of weaver chukkas. Something was off with the Wallabees. The left shoe felt great and looked great. The right foot shoe however was noticeably different. The foot-bed was lumpy and rolled my foot inside. Good for wearing around casually, but a full day at work would result in some discomfort at the end of the day. The weavers were awesome. Extremely comfy and looked great with chinos. I must of just gotten unlucky with the wallabees:/

I have the bees wax and the maple color and compared to those the shoe seems a little tight at the toe. Other than that I love them!

      Very comfortable shoes

      Comments about Clarks Wallabee Boots:

I love these shoes. I bought a beige pair and they were so comfortable I went and bought the black ones too. I need a wide shoe and was disappointed that they only came in the regular width. So, I thought I'd just try a larger size (I usually wear an 8 1/2 wide and ordered a 9) and they fit fine. The top is made so that it is forgiving if your foot is wide. These shoes did not need any breaking in-they were comfortable from day one and have a wonderful cushioned sole.

Love them but need wider sizes for women

      Comments about Clarks Wallabee Boots:

I, too, love my Wallabees and have since the 70's--recently bought my first pair in over 25 years. Was thrilled to see the range of colors offered for womens' Wallabees in the store, but immediately disappointed as they're only available in the medium width--I have wide feet, usually getting EEE width. I ended up purchasing the men's version to gain the width, but they're a little long and I sometimes trip over the toes. PLEASE consider expanding your production to wider widths for women's Wallabees--I would certainly by at least two, and likely more, pairs in various colors besides my beloved maple Wallabees!

The VERY BEST, most comfortable boot ever made!

      Comments about Clarks Wallabee Boots:

Have been wanting waxed Wallabee boots for years. Today I went to Clark's Outlet looking for dress shoes and out of habit looked in men's 7s and, amazingly, my Waxed Wallabees were there, just waiting for me. Yes, I also found dress shoes. AND today 2nd pair was only $20 - WOW!!!

They worked for me while I was in college, they work for me at age 84.

      Comments about Clarks Wallabee Boots:

At 84 yrs. I seek a low, comfortable shoe. With a long, narrow foot that used to be accomodated by choices of AA, AAA, Narrow, which is now replaced by Sm., Med., Lg. I go for years not being able to find a shoe that I can take a purposeful step in. Eurica! Back to a shoe that works! I still have to choose between size 10 or size 11 (no half size above 10) and they're a tad heavy, but as close to a shoe solution as I will ever get. It's a great shoe and will last forever.

      Comments about Clarks Wallabee Boots:

have two pairs...however...would love to see the Black "low profile" with a black sole....Would be a good seller....my preference is a black shoe with a black sole versus the Light sole that's currently offered...no charge for the tip...
