- AirCore ® technology which features hollow yarn made of cotton and PVA fibers which are inserted into the core of the yard through a core-spun spinning process. As the PVA fibers dissolve, the center of the yarn becomes hollow, allowing itself to trap air inside between the cotton fibers. As a result, the yard is ensured with a lighter and smoother hand feel than standard cotton yards.
- High Absorbency - By leaving a hollow between fibers, it is more capable of absorbing moisture.
- Lightweight - Although it is made of 100% cotton, it is lighter than similar-looking fabrics, as the center of yarn becomes hollow and air-filled simultaneously
- Quick-Dry - The cotton fabrics that possess this yarn dry faster as it enhances their absorbency.
- Thermal Insulation - Yarn made of cotton and modified PVA allows to obtain a hollow-like structure of yarn which ensures higher heat retention properties.
- Warm to Touch - The product made of AirCore yarn gives a warm sensation as it was developed to improve thermal comfort, therefore it feels warm to touch
- Fluffy - Due to the big amount of air that is kept within, the cotton fabrics become fluffy
- Soft - Because it does not lose its hollow structure after washing, it will keep a soft feeling.
- Long-lasting - With 2 ply long staple combed yarn, the fabric´s unique look and features will last a long time.
