Their cast pieces are created using the traditional lost-wax casting method, allowing for rich detail and high-quality craftsmanship. Every piece is assembled and finished by hand.Barse’s lustrous golden bronze is created using a proprietary copper-based alloy with a small amount of tin. The bronze material offers a warm luster comparable to 18k gold, but at a significantly lower cost. It is solid throughout and will not rub off. A rich patina may develop over time. Barse’s silver plate jewelry pairs the luminous beauty of fine silver with the strength of a solid bronze core. Each piece is finished in radiant silver (1 micron over bronze), offering the look and feel of a precious metal without the high cost of sterling silver. An Ecoat is applied to their bronze and silver plate for added protection. Clean with a polishing cloth or for deeper cleaning, use mild soap, water and a soft brush.
