The stainless steel used to manufacture the grinder is of high quality, providing excellent resistance. The grinder comes with Peugeot’s patented u’Select grind adjustment system with 6 grinds presets and two-stage burr grinding mechanism guaranteed for life. This precision tool will help you achieve exceptional seasoning in all your recipes. 
 

• u'Select adjustment ring controls the coarseness of the grind, adjust easily between six pre-defined grind settings
• Can be used with peppercorns up to ¼ in – 6mm (black, white, green, red) or dried coriander seeds.
• Can also be used with pepper blends as long as the size of the peppercorn is less than ¼ in – 6mm. Use blends with red berries as long as berries don’t exceed 25% of the mix to avoid the risk of clogging mechanism.
• Use & Care: Clean gently with a soft cloth, never put the mill into a liquid and never put it to a dishwasher
